My first triangular knit shawl
This shawl was definitely a learning experience. I was relatively new to knitting and expanding the types of stitches I could do. I really did not understand the pattern just be reading it. I learned a lot in the process, although the shawl has some mistakes.
And just like when I cook, I simply couldn't stick to the pattern. The entire light green part would have been the same stitch over and over (to look like what is called the garter stitch)--boring. So I created the texture.
